Hot air stenter feeding assembly and maintenance operation

The feeding assembly device of the hot air stenter is composed of a feeding frame, a widening centering device, a rolling mill, a speed synchronizing device and an optoelectronic weft adjusting device, and the function is to expand the width of the cloth under low tension state. After that, the fabric is dehydrated, added to the finishing process, and the fabric tension between the rolling mill and the photoelectric weft insertion device is precisely controlled by the speed synchronizing device. The photoelectric weft adjusting device effectively corrects the deformation and weft generated by the fabric in the preceding process. Arc, weft, so as to achieve the various process requirements of the fabric before the needle is placed on the cloth.


Before driving the hot air stenter, check whether the mechanical, electrical, instrument and safety protection devices are in good condition. Set the temperature according to the process requirements, and then turn on the circulation fan. The vehicle speed is 15m/min during the heating period, and the temperature can be reached before reaching the set temperature.


After the hot air stenter meets the requirements of the upper cloth, open the active brush wheel, press the cloth on the needle board, try to make both sides flush, and at the same time put down the passive brush wheel and tighten the fabric. When starting the main engine, you should first ring the bell to inform the rear operator. When you put it to the rear of the car, you should wear the cloth at a faster speed and tighten the fabric. The rear personnel should cooperate with each other before calling.


The safety shield of the hot air stenter in and out of the cloth should be in good condition to prevent the needle cloth from hanging around the sleeves, and also avoid the chain break and fly out and hurt people. Before the shutdown, the cooling should be reported to the hot-loaded heat transfer furnace room. Then stop the circulating fan operation, open the door to cool down, and run the main engine and the top exhaust fan separately, and the temperature can be reduced to 80 °C before stopping, which can avoid uneven heating of the chain clothing.
